Day by Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Your exciting Tanzanian safari begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel in Arushaby your professional driver-guide. After a short briefing, you’ll depart for Tarangire National Park, a scenic drive through beautiful Maasai steppe countryside. Known for its ancient baobab trees and vast elephant herds, Tarangire offers one of the highest concentrations of wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem. Enjoy a thrilling game drivethrough the park, spotting elephants, lions, giraffes, wildebeests, and various antelope species along the Tarangire River; a lifeline for many animals during the dry season. Day 2: Tarangire – Lake Manyara National Park

Day 4: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

Wake up early for a sunrise game drivein Serengeti, when predators such as lions and leopards are most active. After breakfast, continue exploring the park before departing for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On your way, enjoy game viewing as you pass through the vast Serengeti plains, heading toward the crater’s rim. Arrive in the afternoon and descend into the famous Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site often described as the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” The crater is home to a dense population of wildlife, including lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, and the rare black rhino. Enjoy an extensive game drive along the crater floor, taking in the breathtaking landscapes and abundant wildlife before driving up to your lodge or campsite on the crater’s edge for dinner and overnight.
